Meet Dr. Claudette Adams

Dr. Claudette Adams is the co-owner of Kingwood Pediatric Dentistry and a board-certified pediatric dentist, who has been practicing dentistry since 2014. She completed her undergraduate degree in Chemistry at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN, and completed her dental education at Meharry Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry, Nashville, TN. Also, she completed a General Practice Residency at Meharry Medical College and Nashville General Hospital. She worked as a general dentist with mostly children for a few years. During that time, she increasingly became aware of the numerous adults who have a strong fear of the dentist due to past negative experiences. She made it a personal mission to make every child’s experience at the dental clinic a fun and enjoyable one, with hopes to positively impact their future oral health.

Her passion for the pediatric patients propelled her to specialize in pediatric dentistry at the NYU Langone Hospitals, in Phoenix AZ where she completed her pediatric dental residency. She worked as a pediatric dentist in Phoenix, Arizona until her move back to Texas.

Dr. Claudette is trained in all areas of pediatric dentistry including oral conscious sedation, complete mouth rehabilitation under general anesthesia, crowns, pulpotomies, frenectomies, management of trauma, and preventive care. She is a kind, warm-hearted, jovial, and dedicated pediatric dentist, who enjoys providing fun dental care to her pediatric patients. She understands how scary a visit to the dentist can be for the little ones. Her goal is to change every negative perspective of dentistry to a positive one so every child will love going to see the dentist.

Dr. Claudette enjoys traveling internationally, trying new restaurants, reading, and exploring with her wonderful husband, Dr. Jeremy Adams, and chasing her handsome little son, Jeremy Adams Jr., She is looking forward to serving our wonderful patients.
